Mary's robe is painted with royal fuschia acrylic paint. Her headscarf is lightened royal fuschia.

Joseph's robe is painted with ocean blue acrylic paint. His beard is left unpainted so the natural rock color is exposed. His headscarf is lightened ocean blue with a burnt umber headband.

Baby Jesus swaddling clothes are lightened ocean blue and white. The manger is painted burnt umber with yellow straw.

All three pieces are sealed with a protective finish for lasting durability.
